1. The Service

The Service gives your team one place to manage the translations on your website. Your developer connects your website or repository once; the Service then imports your translatable content, lets your team edit it across every language, flags missing translations, supports import/export for outside translators, and publishes approved wording back to your website. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

To use the Service you must register with a valid email address and a password, or sign in through a supported provider such as GitHub. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Connect, import or publish to any website or repository you do not own or do not have permission to manage.
• Use the Service to access, generate or distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or circumvent the rate limits, usage caps or security of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates a third party's rights, terms, or applicable law.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may investigate and take action — including suspending or terminating access — for any suspected breach of this section.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the websites, repositories and translation content you connect or create. You grant us the limited right to fetch, process and store that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you manage and the lawfulness of doing so.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that translations or published changes will be complete, accurate, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
